Plant Controller (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage financial controlling and reporting for a blade manufacturing plant.
• Ensure transparent production cost data, margin visibility, performance reporting, and accurate KPI tracking.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cost-center reviews, and production cost tracking.
• Partner with plant management and Global Operations Controlling on decision support and global controlling alignment.
• Post production-related transactions in SAP and support cost-saving, productivity, and audit initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, plant controlling, cost controlling, or a similar finance role.
• Strong knowledge of production cost controlling, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Good knowledge of SAP FI/CO and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Fluency in Turkish and English is required, and willingness to work at the Bergama Plant is required.
