Associate Manager Finance

Location: Istanbul, Turkey; hybrid working setup

Salary: TRY 2,680,000–TRY 3,182,500 gross annually, plus a bonus target of 10% of base salary

What you will do

• Partner with the local commercial team to deliver the full financial plan for the Turkish market.
• Own country P&L and working capital management, responding to macroeconomic pressures including hyperinflation and FX volatility.
• Support marketing and sales with brand profitability analysis, pricing, customer trading terms, investment planning, and negotiations.
• Manage customer credit risk and accounts receivable activities to optimize cash flow.
• Contribute to business planning, forecasting, inventory management, consensus meetings, and excess inventory actions.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly closing activities, management reports, SG&A planning, and zero-based budgeting updates.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of commercial finance experience, preferably in toys, FMCG, or licensed consumer goods.
• Degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Professional accountancy qualification such as ACCA or CIMA.
• Fluent Turkish and English.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, stakeholder management, communication, organization, and process improvement abilities.
• Experience with regional projects, financial reporting, internal controls, US GAAP, statutory accounting principles, and financial systems.
