What you will do
- Complete a two-year trainee program with rotations every six months across different business areas.

- Develop technical skills and behavioral competencies through local and global training.
- Build exposure to senior leaders and contribute to cross-functional projects across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
Requirements
- Hold or be completing a bachelor's degree with graduation between May 2024 and December 2026, inclusive.
- Advanced or fluent English required.
- Apply for one of the available areas: Finance, Internal Communications, Digital, or Innovation Engineering.

Hiring process
