Automotive Aftermarket, Market Application Engineer, CDMX (Automotive)

Location: On-site at the hirify.global office in Santa Fe, Mexico City, at least four days per week; approximately 25–35% domestic travel and occasional international travel.

What you will do

• Lead training and implementation of hirify.global products and materials in body shop and industrial environments.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical training for internal and external audiences through in-person and digital channels.
• Train hirify.global sales professionals on materials, applications, and value propositions.
• Support body shops in implementing hirify.global Standard Operating Procedures to improve productivity and process consistency.
• Participate in customer collaboration, field trials, application development, product testing, and new product introduction support.
• Partner with the sales team to support product commercialization and growth across key markets and product lines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in science, engineering, business, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience serving industrial markets such as collision repair, paint, manufacturing, OEM, or insurance.
• Experience in application engineering, technical service, technical training, and/or technical sales.
• Intermediate or advanced English proficiency required.
• Strong written, verbal, listening, presentation, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Current valid driver’s license and the ability to conduct hands-on demonstrations and travel domestically.

Nice to have

• Experience with automotive calibration and diagnostic hardware or software.
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Related technical diploma, apprenticeship, or equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience presenting technical information to diverse internal and external audiences.
