Graphic Designer (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva etc.)

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, Philippines. Hybrid work may vary by affiliate country, with a requirement to be onsite for 2 to 6 months.

What you will do

• Design print and digital communication and marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, infographics, illustrations, presentations, banners, and booth stands.
• Interpret design briefs, conceptualize visuals, prepare drafts, and present ideas to stakeholders.
• Apply brand guidelines to layouts and visual assets while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Prepare approved materials for deployment, including print-ready files, high-resolution images, source files, and printing packages.
• Incorporate feedback, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver final designs within agreed deadlines.
• Follow hirify.global integrity, quality assurance, QHSE, HR, and workplace procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Design, Multimedia, Advertising, Media, Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
• At least 3 years of experience designing marketing communication materials in a design agency or corporate environment.
• Full proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design software.
• Experience with print design, digital design, branding, visualisation, and managing the design process from start to finish.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, time-management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent written and spoken English at C1 level or above.
