Graphic & Production Designer

Location: Remote, Metro Manila, Philippines. Work schedule: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM WST.

Salary: AU$2,500 per month.

What you will do

• Create print-ready beer labels and packaging artwork for cans, bottles, cartons, and shipper boxes using supplied illustrations, brand typography, compliance copy, and production specifications.
• Manage prepress, proofing, colour management, print files, die lines, bleeds, substrates, and supplier liaison, including Australian alcohol labelling requirements.
• Build and maintain editable Canva-based templates for venue signage, menus, posters, decals, event graphics, banners, flags, and merchandise.
• Design and build responsive Klaviyo email campaigns and templates for consumer and trade audiences, collaborating on segmentation, scheduling, and template libraries.
• Update website pages and landing pages, swap digital assets, and implement JSON-LD schema markup for products, venues, events, and organisation data.
• Produce trade pitch decks and rapid-turnaround assets while managing concurrent briefs through Airtable and Google Drive.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience creating editable Canva templates for non-designers and maintaining consistent brand systems.
• Knowledge of print production, prepress, proofing, colour management, and supplier-ready file preparation.
• Basic HTML/CSS skills for email builds and website content updates, with responsive design and accessibility awareness.
• Portfolio demonstrating packaging design, multi-location template systems, email design and builds, presentation decks, and production-ready print files.
• Ability to manage fast feedback, high-volume briefs, concurrent priorities, and independent workload planning.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D animation and rendering, motion graphics, Figma, Airtable, Klaviyo, or structured data markup.
• Experience using AI design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Runway.
• Background in FMCG, beverage, food, craft beer, or multi-venue brands.
