Multimedia Artist/Graphic Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Conceptualize, plan, and create content that attracts qualified candidates.
• Develop designs using photos, videos, and copy to showcase employees, achievements, and organizational stories.
• Create engaging content for digital displays, social media, promotional materials, and large-format advertising.
• Strengthen the talent brand and communicate the Employer Value Proposition through creative content.
• Advise partners on design style, brand guidelines, formats, print production, and timelines.
• Proofread and review deliverables to ensure accurate, polished, error-free work.

Requirements

• Experience as a graphic designer or multimedia artist.
• Strong skills in digital illustration and photo-editing software, including Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Expertise with AI tools such as Gemini and ChatGPT for creating PowerPoint decks and videos is mandatory.
• Knowledge of layout and design for print, promotional materials, large-format advertising, digital displays, and social media.
• Strong copywriting, auditing, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, remain flexible, overcome obstacles creatively, and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects.
