What you will do
- Design stand-up pouches, flexible packaging, cartons, labels, display cases, and retail-ready packaging.
- Develop branding, packaging concepts, mock-ups, and production-ready artwork across multiple product categories.
- Manage artwork from concept through final production, including proof review and approval.
- Collaborate with printers and manufacturers in China and Thailand to maintain quality, consistency, and accuracy.
- Create product presentations, pitch decks, catalogues, brochures, flyers, advertisements, sales materials, website layouts, digital ads, social media assets, and email marketing content.
- Support retailer presentations, product launches, and new business opportunities while coordinating with product development and technical leadership.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in FMCG, CPG, packaging, or consumer products.
- Strong portfolio covering packaging, branding, print, presentation, and digital design.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of packaging production, print processes, and prepress requirements.
- Experience working with global suppliers and manufacturers.
- Experience using AI tools to improve design workflows and productivity.
