Graphic Designer

Location: Remote from Manila, Philippines; working hours follow New Zealand hours and public holidays in New Zealand.

Salary: PHP 60,000–78,000 per month

hirify.global is hiring for a remote role within the RecOps department.

What you will do

• Design marketing collateral, digital assets, social media content, presentations, and print materials.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across communications.
• Create artwork for print and digital production.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
• Liaise with external suppliers and printers when required.
• Monitor design trends and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in graphic design.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with Figma and Canva, plus design experience across print and digital media.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience working in New Zealand or a good understanding of the New Zealand market is preferred.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and/or Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with WordPress or Shopify.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, project management tools, and collaboration tools.
