Mgr Pricing Distributed

Location: Temecula, California, United States

Salary: $101,000–$152,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage daily distributed pricing operations for contracted and non-contracted branded products.
• Translate leadership strategy into operational tactics, objectives, policies, and procedures.
• Investigate pricing discrepancies and collaborate with sales leadership, customers, vendors, and sales representatives to resolve issues.
• Analyze, report on, and optimize division pricing while identifying trends and discrepancies.
• Implement process changes to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
• Generate and maintain SOP documentation and lead cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in contract administration, customer pricing, or customer support.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
• Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, tracking details, and meeting tight deadlines.
• Experience as an SAP end user and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and spreadsheet formatting.

Nice to have

• Experience facilitating high-profile projects with aggressive deadlines and significant visibility.
• At least 2 years of direct people-management experience, including hiring, development, motivation, and direction.
