Location: 805 SE Moberly Ln., Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; office-based role

Annual salary: $110,000–$220,000, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Design scalable, modular, and secure software architectures.
• Develop, review, and maintain code in Python, Java, and SQL.
• Automate security control assessments across applications, platforms, and infrastructure.
• Implement secure continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Build agentic systems and automation workflows to accelerate development.
• Lead defect management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions while advising teams on cybersecurity practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or cybersecurity field and 4 years of software engineering experience, or 6 years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Experience with scalable software architecture, cloud computing environments, and security controls.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and SQL, including agentic system development experience.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, software testing, defect management, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with requirements analysis, risk assessment, telemetry, modular solution development, and disaster recovery design.
• Strong stakeholder communication and technical guidance skills.

Nice to have

• Security+, GISF, CISSP, CCSP, or GSEC certification.
• Master’s degree in a relevant technical or cybersecurity field.
• Experience leading information security or cybersecurity projects.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices.
