Salary: $41.50–$52.00 per hour

What you will do

• Lead Finance projects supporting strategic initiatives and addressing real business challenges.
• Develop insights and recommendations to inform decisions across Johnson & Johnson businesses.
• Support an operating company in Medical Technology, Innovative Medicine, or Corporate Services.
• Explore assignments in Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Research and Development Finance, or Corporate Services.
• Participate in live training and build connections with peers, program alumni, and senior Finance leaders.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a full-time MBA with an anticipated graduation date of May 2028.
• At least 5 years of full-time professional or military experience.
• Demonstrated leadership through employment, internships, or extracurricular activities.
• Ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and ways of working.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization is required without sponsorship now or in the future; temporary visa status is not eligible.
