Summer 2027 MBA Intern: Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) (Finance)

Location: Onsite in Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; all internship placements are based in Bentonville.

Hourly wage: $26.00–$51.00

What you will do

• Lead a meaningful finance or strategy project throughout the 10-week summer assignment.
• Conduct data analysis and work with large datasets to generate strategic insights.
• Build robust financial models using Microsoft Excel.
• Present project findings and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Participate in executive roundtables, mentorship, CFO speaker sessions, and cohort development activities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program, with graduation expected in December 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without restrictions at the time of application.
• At least 4 years of industry or military work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to leadership.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, comfort working with large datasets, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Nice to have

• Professional experience in finance, strategy, accounting, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience managing people or cross-functional teams.
• At least 2 years of experience in a large, complex, matrixed organization.
