Business Migration Operation Specialist

Location: Penang, Malaysia; onsite

hirify.global operates an international electronics business supported by regional sales, pricing, supplier management, and design teams.

What you will do

• Coordinate with counterparts in America and Europe to obtain competitive Design Registration pricing.
• Align Design Registration prices with local suppliers through collaboration with Pricing & Quote and Supplier Product Management teams.
• Work with sales teams to resolve business migration issues and support successful project transfers to Asia.
• Track transfer project status and provide sales support for Design Registration projects.
• Handle daily and weekly account tasks through the global system.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and procedures, and communicate across regions.

Requirements

• Less than two years of experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience providing comparable knowledge and job skills.
• Proficient English and Mandarin are required.
• Foundational knowledge of relevant disciplines, industry practices, and standards.
• Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, make decisions, and solve defined tasks and issues.
• Ability to collaborate with management, department members, and counterparts across America, Europe, and Asia.
