Partner Service Delivery Manager (PSDM)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; standard shift aligned with Bulgaria. Work-from-home opportunities are available.

What you will do

• Manage operational matters and quality performance for assigned channel partners.
• Set up new partners and educate them on self-sufficiency, engagement models, and operating procedures.
• Deliver operational training and communicate updates to operations guides and programs.
• Act as the primary contact for partner enquiries, owning issues and escalations through resolution.
• Monitor accreditation metrics, financial warranty claims, operational targets, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive operational improvements and collaborate with country and regional channel teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related field.
• Experience working in a virtual team environment.
• 1–2 years of service delivery experience is advantageous.
• Understanding of the channel partner business model is advantageous.
• Fluent written and verbal English is required.
• Strong communication, influencing, analytical, organizational, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Fluency in additional European languages.
• Reporting, data management, and business analysis experience.
