Associate Client Services Lead (Clinical Trial Payments)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sponsors and clinical trial payment programs.
• Coordinate sponsor meetings, governance updates, study initiation, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee payment management projects, monitor study progress, and resolve or escalate operational issues.
• Coordinate with Site Solutions and Data Operations to support resource allocation and quality service delivery.
• Manage change orders, sponsor funding activities, Statements of Work, and contractual obligations.
• Maintain compliance with hirify.global processes, financial controls, quality standards, sponsor requirements, and SSAE 18 standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organization, prioritization, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Preferred: 0–2 years of experience in Clinical Trial Payments, Client Services, Project Coordination, or healthcare and life sciences environments.
• Knowledge of clinical trials and the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Spotfire, Visio, SAP Business One or similar financial systems, and clinical trial management platforms.
