hirify.global is a proprietary trading firm using technology and quantitative analysis for options and derivatives market making in global financial markets.

What you will do

• Join Maven engineering teams and contribute to real-world software development problems.
• Work on projects that support the day-to-day operations of a high-performance trading firm.
• Collaborate directly with developers and traders.
• Complete a structured two-week technical and domain training programme followed by a seven-week project.
• Learn to use Maven’s in-house tools and systems while applying engineering rigour and the right technology for each problem.

Requirements

• Be a penultimate-year undergraduate or master’s student.
• Have a genuine interest in software development and curiosity to learn.
• Be familiar with at least one programming language.
• Be willing to adopt and use emerging AI technologies.
• Demonstrate problem-solving, decision-making, adaptability, collaboration, initiative, and accountability.

Nice to have

• Interest or experience in C++, C#, Python, TypeScript, or React.
• Interest in financial markets and technology-driven trading.
