Area Manager

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, United States; ability to relocate to or live in a selected geographical area is required. Frequent overnight travel and after-hours and weekend on-call availability are expected.

What you will do

• Manage retail sales operations across multiple stores and regions.
• Engage store employees in person and virtually to develop strategies and drive KPIs.
• Achieve sales volume and profitability objectives across all sales channels.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on sales, processes, inventory, and compliance.
• Train and develop employees, build future leaders, and manage talent performance.
• Use data-backed recommendations to improve operations and communicate market results to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA is a plus.
• At least 5 years of management experience, including General Manager or Retail Manager experience and at least 1 year of multi-unit management experience.
• Active driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record for the last 3 years.
• Ability to relocate to or live in a selected geographical area.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, critical-thinking, composure, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Availability for frequent overnight travel and after-hours and weekend on-call work.
