Senior Analyst, Card Operations, Onboarding and Servicing (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support the end-to-end customer journey for deposit and credit account opening, debit and credit card servicing, and cases requiring human intervention.
• Conduct customer due diligence and KYC reviews, credit application reviews, credit data maintenance, transaction dispute handling, settlements, and reconciliations with card associations.
• Identify operational friction, process breakages, and exceptions, then design improvements that increase efficiency and customer experience.
• Maintain operational procedures and ensure adherence to departmental guidelines, regulatory requirements, bank policies, and internal controls.
• Monitor outsourced service providers, escalate irregularities, and prepare management reports on capacity and SLA adherence.

Requirements

• University degree or higher.
• At least two years of banking industry experience, including mandatory operations team exposure.
• Strong business sense, responsibility, independence, and ability to work with ambiguity and ad hoc requests.
• Good spoken English and Chinese required.
• Ability to work with diverse cultures in a fast-changing environment.
