Associate Brand Manager, Marketing (Base - Multiple Positions)

Salary: $104,200–$130,200 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Track brand share, volume, and revenue performance, identify drivers, and support actions to improve results.
• Support monthly performance and demand routines with clear, driver-based recommendations.
• Partner with Sales on customer programs, external-facing stories, execution tracking, and outcome measurement.
• Own commercialization workstreams, including scope, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
• Manage agency relationships and coordinate day-to-day execution as needed.
• Connect initiatives to longer-term plans and business choices while keeping stakeholders aligned.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines as an organized project driver.
• Strong communication and effective collaboration across functions and organizational levels.
• BA/BS degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience; marketing, brand management, or product management experience preferred.
• Ability to work at the Chicago/Aon Center location.
