Marketing Intelligence & Solutions Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid, three days per week in Radnor, Pennsylvania

What you will do

• Research market conditions, technology trends, competitors, financial statements, and annual reports to support strategic planning.
• Develop market and opportunity studies across healthcare, life sciences, advanced fabrication, and manufacturing.
• Analyze multi-source data to identify market segments, trends, anomalies, audience preferences, buying habits, and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain standardized dashboards, reports, and performance tracking in Power BI, Salesforce, and SAP.
• Present data-driven findings and recommendations to management and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with financial planning, business development, product line management, marketing communications, R&D, data science, and IT teams on campaigns and intelligence solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business intelligence.
• Proficiency with the Salesforce ecosystem and experience with ERP systems such as SAP/BW.
• Advanced data visualization skills with Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini and programming with Python.
• English is required; strong business, research, finance, sales and marketing knowledge, along with excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• French language skills.
• Google Scripting or additional coding experience.
