Senior Market Access Manager (Pharmaceuticals)

What you will do

• Develop and execute market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies for products in Australia and New Zealand.
• Conduct reimbursement feasibility assessments and evidence planning.
• Prepare and coordinate pricing and reimbursement submissions to PBAC, MSAC, PHARMAC, and other relevant HTA bodies.
• Coordinate pricing and listing processes, post-market reviews, and responses affecting hirify.global products.
• Build relationships with regional, global, internal, and external market access stakeholders.
• Provide strategic advice to brand teams and business units while supporting project planning, budgeting, procurement, and industry initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in health economics or market access within the pharmaceutical or related healthcare sector.
• Experience leading market access strategies and preparing pricing and reimbursement submissions.
• Strong understanding of pricing, reimbursement, and health policy processes in Australia and New Zealand.
• Excellent project management, organizational, analytical, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Undergraduate qualification in a relevant discipline such as science, pharmacy, or economics.

Nice to have

• Experience across different therapeutic areas.
• Postgraduate qualification in health economics, biostatistics, public health, epidemiology, or a related discipline.
