What you will do

• Own and execute the ANZ Medical Affairs strategy across oncology products.
• Drive MSL executional excellence and high-quality field medical engagement.
• Build relationships with external stakeholders and translate their needs into meaningful value.
• Partner with marketing, sales, regulatory affairs, and other functions to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Lead, inspire, and develop large field and office-based teams.
• Maintain quality, compliance, accountability, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MD), PhD, or PharmD is mandatory.
• Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams.
• Experience navigating complex internal and external stakeholder networks.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Ability to lead with agility and foster resilience within teams.
• Must be Sydney-based.
