Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead (Clinical Research)

Location: Anywhere in Australia; North Sydney, New South Wales, Australia is listed as the reference location. The role is a 12-month full-time contract and requires travel for site visits as needed.

What you will do

• Partner with clinical research sites, investigators, and internal teams to create study-specific action plans for patient recruitment, retention, and trial delivery.
• Provide education and training to healthcare professionals and site staff on clinical trial protocols, procedures, and study requirements.
• Identify recruitment and retention barriers, share best practices, and help sites implement practical solutions.
• Work with referral networks and, where appropriate, interact directly with patients to provide trial, disease-area, or device and medication education.
• Analyse site activity and engagement data to improve pre-screening, screening, and enrolment strategies.
• Organise or support site visits, group meetings, educational sessions, reporting, and documentation while following compliance and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or a related field.
• Active license or credential as an MD, DO, RN, NP, PA, pharmacist, occupational therapist, physical therapist, or respiratory therapist.
• Experience as a Clinical Trial Educator, Site Engagement and Enrolment professional, or in a similar clinical research role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and build rapport with diverse patients and site teams.
• Flexibility to travel as required for site visits.
