What you will do

• Prepare patient charts and gather diagnostic results, reports, and consultation records for scheduled provider visits.
• Room patients by recording chief complaints, allergies, vital signs, medications, tobacco history, LMP, incontinence screening, and health maintenance information.
• Measure and document vital signs, height, weight, bladder scans, and pulse oximetry according to patient condition and visit purpose.
• Assist providers with patient examinations, procedures, diagnostic studies, treatment, and dressing changes.
• Maintain clinical supplies and medication sample areas, including labeling, storage, and stock levels.
• Respond to emergent situations, communicate with appropriate personnel, and serve as a clinical preceptor for new staff.

Requirements

• Current Nursing Assistant License in the State of New Hampshire required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• BLS authorization preferred or obtainable within 90 days of hire.
• Clear, concise, and professional written communication skills.
• On-site availability in Dover is required.
