What you will do

• Create, modify, and maintain product models in the Tacton CPQ product configurator.
• Test and debug product models before deployment to users.
• Support configurator users by answering questions and resolving technical issues.
• Recommend improvements to product models and platform functionality based on findings and user feedback.
• Participate in requirements analysis, specification development, and model reviews.
• Collaborate with other departments on training materials and user guides.

Requirements

• Certificate of Higher Education in IT or Engineering.
• 2–5 years of software development experience with Tacton CPQ.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience with product configurators, selectors, or guided selling solutions.
• Ability and interest to quickly learn the data center industry and related business processes.
• Ability to collaborate in a distributed team.
