Project Manager -Engineering (Tulsa) (Natural Gas Pipelines)

Location: Hybrid role based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States; 25% travel across a broad geographic region is required.

What you will do

• Manage the development and execution of natural gas facility and pipeline projects, including transmission pipelines, compression, storage, gathering, treating, and processing facilities.
• Define project scopes, prepare cost estimates, establish project controls, and provide accurate monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Lead multidisciplinary internal and external project teams, including engineering, planning, operations, and environmental professionals.
• Prepare project documentation and presentations for management, business sponsors, governmental agencies, and the public.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, safety, quality, reliability, environmental requirements, and human-impact mitigation.
• Communicate project status and objectives while driving continuous improvement and maintaining high safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of direct experience in engineering or managing midstream natural gas facility and pipeline projects; 5 years is preferred.
• Understanding of upstream, midstream, and downstream projects and the Gas Pipeline business segment.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, presentation, interpersonal, and project-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, ability to respond during working and non-working hours, and ability to work indoors and around extreme temperatures or uneven surfaces.

Nice to have

• Experience designing compressor stations, pipelines, and meter stations for mainline gas transmission.
• Understanding of economic analysis for project justification.
• Experience in the mainline gas transmission industry.
