AWS Cloud Developer (AWS)

What you will do

• Develop a centralized logging platform that moves data to AWS for analytics.
• Build and maintain logging and scripting solutions using Python and JavaScript.
• Develop procedures and work with Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Logstash.
• Design S3 schemas and implement data extraction workflows.
• Manage and operate AWS resources including EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, ZooKeeper, and Cassandra.
• Support the migration from internal Hexus systems to S3 and Splunk, with an eventual focus on DevOps.

Requirements

• Development background with cloud engineering experience.
• Strong Python and JavaScript development skills.
• Experience with AWS Lambda functions and core AWS services.
• Experience with Linux-based systems, including CentOS and Red Hat.
• Background in logging, scripting, or related infrastructure development.
• Ability to work in or attend activities in Philadelphia, PA; the interview process includes an onsite meeting.

Nice to have

• Telecom or cable industry experience.
