Transport Driver - Crude Oil

Location: Cadiz, Ohio, United States. Local routes with home-daily assignments; the role requires working on-site and driving interstate routes.

Hourly rate: $34.21–$36.01. Total compensation up to $130,000.

What you will do

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of tank trucks, trailers, and related equipment.
• Transport crude oil and other petroleum products safely and efficiently between loading locations, delivery points, and customers.
• Follow federal, state, local, company, site-specific, and DOT operating procedures during loading and offloading.
• Complete required inspection forms, regulatory paperwork, and shift-readiness documentation.
• Report incidents, safety or environmental concerns, and equipment issues according to company procedures.
• Maintain compliance with safety rules and operating procedures during all transport activities.

Requirements

• Active Class A Commercial Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.
• Active Hazardous Materials and Tank Vehicle endorsements are required.
• Ability to drive interstate and work up to 12-hour AM/PM shifts, including hours beyond the scheduled shift.
• Registration with the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse and successful completion of required drug, alcohol, DOT physical, and background screenings.
• Ability to pass a pre-trip exam and road test and maintain a current medical card.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC Card and perform physical duties including lifting 50–65 lbs, working at elevations of 30+ feet, and working outdoors in all weather.
