Agent Recruitment & Engagement Specialist (Insurance)

What you will do

• Source and attract entrepreneurial candidates through job postings, social platforms, content creation, networking, and community outreach.
• Build relationships with individuals, universities, career centers, and community groups to develop candidate pipelines.
• Conduct high-volume interviews and identify candidates suited to commission-based, business-building opportunities.
• Guide candidates through licensing, onboarding, and preparation for their new roles.
• Create social media content for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to increase visibility and engagement.
• Maintain applicant information and notes in Workday, track recruitment metrics, and contribute to planning and team discussions.

Requirements

• Preferred 1–2+ years of experience in insurance, sales, marketing, or another people-focused role.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort filming yourself and creating social media content.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and familiarity with ATS or CRM tools.
• Strong organization, self-motivation, energy, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
