Card Product Lead (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the global hirify.global Card product vision, strategy, roadmap, and market-specific requirements.
• Design and optimize onboarding, KYC and compliance checks, card issuance, wallet linking, transactions, rewards, cashbacks, VIP tiers, and card management flows.
• Lead go-to-market execution for new markets and features, including testing, alpha and beta phases, and commercial launches.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, risk, card schemes, BIN sponsors, processors, and banking partners.
• Define requirements for APIs, ledger systems, processor integrations, real-time settlement, and authorization.
• Manage up to five people and coordinate delivery with Operations, Engineering, Design, Customer Support, Risk, and Marketing.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of product management experience in fintech, card issuing, crypto, or digital payments.
• Strong knowledge of card management systems, payment processor integrations, and Visa/Mastercard network rules.
• Experience taking complex fintech or payment products from concept to launch across international markets.
• Strong UX mindset and ability to simplify crypto and fiat payment interactions.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, and independent decision-making skills.
• Professional fluency in English, written and spoken, is required.

• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
