Oncology Nurse Case Manager - Remote

Location: Remote from the United States; candidate must live in the Mountain or Pacific Time zone.

Annual salary: $77,500–$129,100, depending on experience and geographic location. Eligible for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Assess customer needs, develop individualized care plans, and document interventions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with customers, caregivers, providers, pharmacists, nutritionists, behavioral clinicians, and Medical Directors.
• Use motivational interviewing, behavior-change strategies, and shared decision-making to improve engagement.
• Help customers navigate the healthcare system and communicate effectively with providers.
• Coordinate care through phone, email, text, and chat while tracking activity, volume, and outcomes.
• Maintain clinical knowledge, licensure, certifications, and compliance with case-management policies.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of residency.
• At least two years of full-time direct patient-care experience as an RN.
• Residence in the Mountain or Pacific Time zone is required.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, adaptability, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and online research tools.
• For home-based work, cable broadband or fiber internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required.

Nice to have

• Specialty case-management experience, preferably in oncology.
• Ability to obtain a URAC-recognized Case Management certification within four years of hire.
