Director - Financial Due Diligence

Location: Boston, United States

Salary: $151,200–$304,200 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead and manage complex financial due diligence engagements.
• Oversee multiple diligence engagements involving private equity groups and corporate buyers and sellers.
• Advise clients on transaction risks and deliver high-quality engagement planning approaches.
• Identify business opportunities and strengthen go-to-market strategies.
• Build on transaction advisory services work and exceed client expectations.
• Lead teams, mentor managers and directors, and foster collaboration across diverse perspectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven business development skills and experience advising clients on transactions.
• Work location: Boston, United States.
