Director - Financial Due Diligence

Location: Boston; hybrid workstyle aligned to an hirify.global office.

Salary: $151,200–$304,200 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead and manage complex financial due diligence engagements involving private equity groups and corporate buyers and sellers.
• Oversee multiple diligence engagements and advise clients on transaction risks.
• Develop and deliver high-quality engagement planning approaches.
• Identify business opportunities and enhance go-to-market strategies.
• Build on transaction advisory services work and exceed client expectations through business development.
• Lead, coach, and mentor managers and directors while fostering trust and leveraging diverse perspectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 9+ years of experience.

Nice to have

• Successful track record of building and growing a Transaction Advisory Service Practice.
