Team Lead Accounts Payable

What you will do

• Lead and manage the Accounts Payable finance team, overseeing performance, workload, invoices, payments, travel and expense activities, and internal controls.
• Ensure timely, high-quality finance service delivery and act as the primary contact for customer satisfaction and performance alignment.
• Identify and lead improvement, standardization, and harmonization initiatives across the organization.
• Monitor risks and internal controls, propose compliant solutions, and support audit activities.
• Partner with Finance Managers and the Head of CoS on performance, escalations, workload analysis, and operational risks.
• Develop, motivate, and coach team members while fostering collaboration and innovative thinking.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, business, economics, or a related field, including IFRS and Shared Service Center experience.
• Proven leadership experience, including team management, hiring, and building an open communication culture.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence, negotiate, and make fact-based decisions.
• Hands-on SAP experience and strong analytical, data-driven skills.
• Experience leading improvement initiatives and implementing continuous improvement methodologies.
• Fluent spoken and written English; willingness to travel up to 10%.
