Managerial Traineeship in Manufacturing

Location: Onsite at the Łódź Gillette Plant, Nowy Józefów 70, 94-406 Łódź, Poland

Salary: PLN 10,800 per month

What you will do

• Work directly on the production line and make decisions affecting operations and outcomes.
• Learn globally recognized manufacturing technologies, standards, and methodologies.
• Take ownership of concrete projects and responsibilities from day one.
• Develop engineering and management capabilities through hands-on work, mentoring, and training.

Requirements

• Be a fourth- or fifth-year student at a technical university, or have graduated within the last 12 months.
• Study mechanics, mechatronics, automation and robotics, chemical engineering, process engineering, production engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fluent Polish is required.
• Proficient English is required.
• Demonstrate leadership, communication, problem-solving, analytical thinking, initiative, flexibility, and a process-oriented approach.
• Be motivated to develop as an engineer and manager.
