QA/QC Manager - Michels Construction, Inc.

Location: Milwaukee, WI, United States; requires extensive travel of 75% or more to jobsites and facilities.

What you will do

• Assist operations with implementing and maintaining existing QA/QC programs.
• Conduct jobsite and facility visits, inspections, and assessments against project specifications and industry standards.
• Lead and support QA/QC orientations, progress update meetings, and related training.
• Perform audits, independently identify quality concerns, and implement corrective actions.
• Document findings and build effective working relationships with project teams, customers, vendors, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements

• QA/QC experience in the construction industry.
• At least 5 years of industry experience and training.
• Ability to travel extensively, 75% or more.
• QA/QC certification in ISO or from the American Society for Quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver license for the vehicles operated and an acceptable driving record.
