Focus on interpreting client-required OQ programs, maintaining federal and state pipeline safety compliance, supporting bid evaluations, and coordinating with project and customer management during extended onsite assignments.

Location: Brownsville, WI Corporate Office; travel may account for up to 100% of the time, including extended-duration and long-term onsite projects.

What you will do

  • Perform onsite Operator Qualification training and evaluations for personnel conducting DOT-regulated pipeline covered tasks.
  • Interpret and manage client-required OQ programs and related evaluation practices.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable federal and state pipeline safety regulations.
  • Assist with bid evaluations for OQ training.
  • Communicate frequently with project personnel, project management, and customers or clients while handling sensitive information professionally and confidentially.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience assessing, interpreting, and managing client-required OQ programs.
  • Knowledge of state and federal Operator Qualification regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license for the vehicle types operated and an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to travel for extended periods, including weekends, and commit to long-term onsite projects.
