Location: Uniontown, Ohio; various project locations with travel and long-term onsite projects required

What you will do
- Assist operations with implementing and maintaining QA/QC programs.
- Conduct jobsite inspections and assessments.
- Verify compliance with project specifications, quality expectations, and industry standards.
- Support quality activities across substations, BESS, mission-critical facilities, electrical transmission and distribution, and foundations projects.
- Work independently while maintaining strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of electrical construction experience in substations, BESS, mission-critical facilities, transmission and distribution, or foundations.
- Experience reviewing and understanding construction blueprints and schematics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver license for the vehicle types that may be driven and an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite projects.

- QA/QC certification in ISO or from the American Society for Quality.
