What you will do
- Oversee daily cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, bank account balances, and working capital needs.
- Execute treasury transactions, including wire transfers, ACH movements, currency trades, and intercompany funding.
- Manage accounting and technical considerations for debt, interest rate swaps, and currency hedging.
- Maintain banking infrastructure, signature authorities, digital banking access, and fraud-prevention controls.
- Coordinate period-close activities, journal entries, cash-flow reporting, reconciliations, and financial data analysis.
- Support treasury integration, mergers and acquisitions, accounting initiatives, audits, process improvements, and junior staff development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA certification is preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive accounting, treasury, or corporate finance experience, including at least 3 years leading treasury operations in a multi-site or global organization.
- Working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting systems such as EPICOR, Adaptive, or BlackLine.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, leadership, and project-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Must already have authorization to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship and candidates with time-limited visa status are not accepted.
