What you will do

• Lead KLBK-TV’s digital, social, streaming, and CTV content strategy as part of the newsroom leadership team.
• Partner with newsroom leaders on multiplatform planning, audience growth, breaking-news coverage, severe weather, and major events.
• Drive growth in digital audiences, social engagement, streaming and CTV viewership, SEO performance, and audience loyalty.
• Lead KLBK+ and streaming initiatives, including live and original content opportunities.
• Supervise Digital Producers and digital staff through coaching, performance management, feedback, and professional development.
• Establish newsroom goals and KPIs while promoting collaboration and digital-first workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of leadership experience in digital news, audience development, streaming, social media, or multiplatform content operations.
• Demonstrated success driving audience growth and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of digital analytics, SEO, audience behavior, social media platforms, and streaming ecosystems.
• Excellent editorial judgment, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced newsroom and manage multiple priorities.
