Compensation is determined based on demonstrated experience.

What you will do

  • Develop and lead the global patient and caregiver marketing strategy for rilzabrutinib in IgG4-related disease.
  • Conduct patient research and journey mapping to identify diagnostic, treatment, and engagement barriers.
  • Design disease-awareness campaigns and accessible patient education resources for global markets.
  • Coordinate with Public Affairs, Patient Advocacy, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Communications, Market Access, and other brand-team functions.
  • Lead digital and omnichannel engagement, including development of a patient-facing digital platform or resource hub.
  • Support country affiliates, agencies, and vendors in adapting and delivering patient marketing programs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with patient marketing, rare disease, or specialty-care experience.
  • Experience developing and executing global or multi-market patient marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of patient journeys in rare or complex diseases and the ability to turn insights into actionable programs.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder-influence skills.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including translating complex scientific concepts into patient-friendly narratives.
  • Ability to work in the Cambridge hybrid setup and travel internationally as required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in prelaunch or launch environments.
  • Rare disease or autoimmune/immunology experience.
