Information System Security Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Sierra Vista, Arizona, United States; up to 25% travel required

What you will do

• Implement, maintain, review, and enforce security policies for classified information systems.
• Design and implement technical security controls, identify vulnerabilities, and coordinate remediation.
• Maintain cybersecurity documentation and apply security policies throughout the system development lifecycle.
• Develop and manage NIST 800-53 and Risk Management Framework accreditation documentation in eMASS.
• Manage POA&Ms, vulnerability and compliance scans, Security Impact Analyses, and activities required to obtain and maintain an ATO.
• Collaborate with IA and security professionals, system administrators, engineers, program managers, and government customers.

Requirements

• US citizenship and an active Secret Security Clearance are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable field, plus 10–12 years of experience; relevant experience and certifications may substitute for the degree.
• IAM Level III certification is required, such as CISSP, CISM, or GSLC; certification copies must be provided with the application.
• Experience with eMASS, RMF accreditation packages, artifact management, CCB participation, POA&M oversight, and Security Impact Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of NIST 800 and CNSSI 1253 publications, network and IT architecture, security assessments, and cybersecurity controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience applying and maintaining cybersecurity practices for airborne and ground platforms.
• Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC).
• Strong analytical, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
