Location: Hartford, Connecticut, United States

Annual base salary: $47,700–$78,600, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What you will do

• Complete applicable market new-hire training and certification.
• Learn to manage multi-state, multi-line accounts throughout their lifecycle, including rating, pricing, quoting, policy issuance, and related activities.
• Build and maintain working relationships with teammates, business partners, and agents.
• Follow standardized workflows and state compliance guidelines.
• Analyze information from multiple sources and apply sound judgment to account and business decisions.
• Deliver quality products and services within established service-level commitments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Working knowledge of standard business software, such as Microsoft Office or an equivalent.
• Analytical thinking, judgment, and the ability to compare information.
• Time and desk management skills for handling multiple priorities.
• Effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Ability to provide service excellence and collaborate effectively in team settings.
