Commercial Producer

hirify.global is a media company producing broadcast commercials, promotions, and station image campaigns.

What you will do

• Develop client commercials, promotions, and station image campaigns from concept through completion.
• Facilitate commercial production, including shooting and editing.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders and internal peers on news-focused on-air promotions and station imaging.
• Create graphics and animations while adapting to different production styles.
• Manage multiple projects, communicate project status and asset requirements, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors and indoors as needed, including setting up and operating equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of post-production, including media management and encoding video into multiple formats.
• Professional experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition, and Media Encoder on a PC.
• Strong understanding of marketing, design fundamentals, color, typography, composition, and brand style guides.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while multitasking across multiple projects.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage expectations across a large group.
• A production reel is required for consideration; a college degree is preferred.
