What you will do
- Support the design and development of seasonal Wrangler Outdoor product lines and special projects across outdoor apparel, workwear, non-denim outerwear, and flame-resistant workwear.
- Develop product details including fabrics, trims, artwork, color, and overall style direction.
- Create and maintain design presentations, seasonal decks, CAD sheets, development trackers, and 3D CADs.
- Create plaids, simple repeats, and other print and pattern artwork for seasonal collections.
- Support color approvals, including lab dips, strike-offs, handlooms, and other development submissions.
- Organize prototype and fit reviews, document feedback, track follow-up actions, and communicate milestone deliverables with cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in apparel design, fashion design, art, graphic design, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
- Approximately one year of professional experience or training in apparel design preferred.
- Strong illustration and design skills, including hand sketching, Adobe Illustrator, and color development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop required.
- Familiarity with V-Stitcher or other 3D apparel design software preferred, but not required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong organization and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
