Associate Creative Director

What you will do

• Develop and execute original creative concepts across film, digital, social, and IRL experiences.
• Define visual direction and oversee creative production from pre-production through post-production.
• Apply knowledge of social platforms, changing algorithms, and audience behavior to create engaging community-focused content.
• Mentor and manage junior and mid-level creatives across the Creative and Creator teams.
• Collaborate with clients, creators, influencers, production partners, and leadership to present and deliver creative work.
• Evolve creative workflows, quality standards, and the use of AI-driven tools.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in creative and content production for brands or businesses in an agency or brand environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating branded content and advertising work.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Fluency in presentation and slide design using Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, collaboration, and client presentation skills.
• Experience directing the creative aspects of photo and video shoots.
