What you will do

• Develop cell culture and purification manufacturing processes for recombinant proteins in the late-stage pipeline.
• Execute mammalian cell culture experiments at multiple scales using shake flasks and bioreactors.
• Perform filtration and chromatography purification experiments at bench and pilot scale.
• Evaluate process robustness through process characterization, facility fit, and raw material studies.
• Document and analyze experimental data, present findings, and author technical reports.
• Support process transfer to manufacturing, regulatory filings, and technology development projects focused on reliability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Master’s degree, or a bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of process development experience.
• Alternatively, an associate’s degree plus 4 years of process development experience, or a high school diploma/GED plus 6 years of process development experience.
• Relevant hands-on laboratory experience in cell culture or protein purification.
• Strong oral and written communication, organization, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative team environment.

• Experience with Design of Experiments and statistical analysis.
