Research And Development Scientist/Engineer

Location: Mason, with positions also located in Boston and Cincinnati, United States. Candidates should be prepared to consider relocation opportunities throughout their career as business needs and development opportunities arise.

Salary: $85,000–$115,000 per year, plus bonus where applicable and benefits.

• Develop new and improved consumer products based on consumer needs and product design parameters.
• Create and improve sustainable packaging and consumer devices with strong function and design.
• Translate concepts and technologies into commercially feasible chemical and mechanical manufacturing processes.
• Develop mathematical models and simulations to accelerate research and innovation.
• Apply advanced analytics and data science to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with technical and commercial partners and coach others.

Requirements

• Complete or be completing a BS or MS in engineering, life science, or physical science.
• Relevant fields include chemistry, biology, biochemistry, analytical or data science, microbiology, packaging science, and electrical technology.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, active listening, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
