Registered Nurse- RN Float Pool- Full Time- Day/Night Rotation

Location: Manchester, New Hampshire, United States. Full-time onsite role with day/night and every-other-weekend rotation.

$15,000 bonus eligible, plus standard and premium differential pay.

What you will do

• Provide nursing care for adult and pediatric patients across all inpatient nursing departments.
• Deliver care ranging from basic to complex using the nursing process.
• Create a therapeutic, caring environment for patients and families.
• Involve patients and families in goal setting and communicate care plans across shifts and settings.
• Recognize and manage rapidly changing clinical situations while supporting smooth unit operations.
• Apply evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, critical thinking, and relevant specialty standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current New Hampshire, compact, or multistate Registered Nurse license required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain BLS qualification during employment.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• ACLS preferred.
