Sr. Personal Banker

Location: Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, United States; office-based and onsite.

Salary: $55,800–$89,400 USD per year, plus a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.

What you will do

• Service client accounts, including opening, closing, maintaining, and updating account records.
• Process wires, fund transfers, cash transactions, daily balancing, and other banking activities.
• Respond to client inquiries in person, by telephone, and by email while providing information about banking products and services.
• Prepare client materials and reports, research issues, maintain documentation, and support banking audits.
• Identify client needs, provide holistic relationship advice, and cross-sell relevant products and services.
• Mentor and train fellow Personal Bankers and help improve Wealth Management team processes and procedures.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of banking operations, products, services, federal regulations, and banking guidelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with a team, manage conflicting priorities, and resolve client requests.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
